After 11 years at Adobe, Kasper Andersen joins eCapacity as Senior Architect Manager.
Kasper Andersen is probably Denmark’s most experienced Adobe Experience Cloud specialist. Since joining Adobe in 2007, he has helped global companies take full advantage of the Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, Campaign Standard and Experience Manager solutions in Adobe’s Experience Cloud. As a new Senior Architect Manager, Kasper helps anchor eCapacity as Danish Adobe knowledge house.

“I have seen a lot of solutions out there,” says Kasper Andersen, “many of them are world-class and deliver substantial business value. But I have also seen many solutions where the Experience Cloud’s capabilities are not fully utilized. Typically due to lack of knowledge of how the products in the suite works together. This is the knowledge I am looking forward to pass on to eCapacity’s customers. And I look forward to help thinking solutions through from start to finish”.

Kasper Andersen has had a wide range of this world’s largest companies in his savvy hands. The list includes fortune 500 companies across industries from Sydney and Rio de Janeiro, across San Francisco and Zurich, to Singapore and Stockholm. Prior to joining eCapacity, Kasper Andersen was responsible for setting up proof-of-concept solutions in the full Adobe Experience Cloud suite for new customers in both the EMEA, Pacific region and Japan.
It is not only direct customers who have benefited from Kasper Andersen’s knowledge. For the past three years, he has taken the stage at Adobe’s annual EMEA Summit conference. With subjects ranking from “Top optimization hacks and tips with Adobe Target” and “Advanced segmentation in Adobe Analytics” to “People Core Services: Making the most of cross-solution capabilities” he has shared news, tips and tricks about updates and insights into the latest Experience Cloud suite development.

The employment of Kasper Andersen is a scoop for eCapacity, whose Adobe customer list already includes customers such as Danske Bank, Grundfos, TV2, Pandora, Codan and Telenor.
